Select from our regularly updated menu of family friendly gourmet meals. Each pack contains 2 adult servings.

2. Confirm your delivery date

We deliver on Fridays for orders made before 8pm Wednesday of that week.

3. Receive your meals at your door!

On Friday mornings we will let you know your approximate delivery time. Your meals will be delivered to your door frozen in a Compliments of the Chef cooler bag to keep them nice and chilly.

Due to COVID restrictions we are currently practicing contactless delivery

MEET OUR HEAD CHEF

Chef-Owner Nicholas Moritz

Compliments of the Chef came from the sense of calm that I found in my kitchen at home. I have been a professional chef for over 25 years, but nothing at work brought me the same joy as cooking at home. Going through my cookbooks, finding what I wanted to make. Working out how I could fine-tune my art to my personal tastes. I had a tendency to cook in large batches, so I made a rule that I had to finish the first meal I had made, before I could make the second one. So, I would package it up and give it to my friends, family and neighbours.

So far we’ve had the Gnocchi with bolognese sauce - YUM! The gnocchi was so light and fluffy yet so filling. It was seriously a delicious combination. We also had the Butter Chicken and the flavour was nicer than our local Indian takeaway (which tastes sugary). I don’t know what recipe you used, but it really tasted and smelt very authentic. This is a seriously good Beef Bourguignon which, when paired with Nick’s Paris Mash Potatoes compares favourably to (elite restaurant) Bistro Thierry’s dish for a fraction of the price. Excellent value.
